Kate Moss will launch Velvet Hour, her second fragrance, this September under the tag line “Embrace the night”. Velvet Hour was developed by perfumer Emilie Copperman, and features notes of blue pepper, freesia, cashmere incense, patchouli, nutmeg, sandalwood, amber, ebony and wood.
